BIO
Claire Noh is a London-based multidisciplinary artist originally from Hong Kong. A graduate of the Pacific Northwest College of Art, she draws on her experience of growing up between cultures as the child of French-Korean parents. Her work examines the fluidity of identity through layered, fragmented narratives that reflect the feelings of derealisation and transience that accompany the search for belonging. Through vibrant, fantastical imagery, Noh examines themes of femininity, vulnerability, power, and advocacy from an existential and absurdist perspective. Her practice operates as an extension of her stream of consciousness, with each work contributing to a broader exploration of the human condition and our search for meaning within it.
